1: Substrate treatment
Before brushing water-based anti-rust wood wax oil, clean the surface of the substrate, can be polished with 120-180 mesh sandpaper, and clean the abrasive dust after grinding to ensure that the surface is dry and no sediment.

2: After opening the packaging bucket, you can add an appropriate amount of clean water, stir well at low speed, and let it sit for a few minutes before using.
3 :Whether it is spraying, brush coating, roll coating, in the construction process, it should be ensured that the coating is smooth and consistent, the surface is not hung, no leakage coating, no stasis.
4: After the first coating is finished and dried for 2 hours, the next construction is carried out according to the requirements of the fullness of the coating.
Please choose sunny days for construction, and ensure that the coating is strictly prohibited from rain and freezing within 24 hours after coating.
Points for attention
1: The best conditions for construction are: temperature 5-40 degrees Celsius, relative humidity 30-60%. The weather is fine, no rain, snow, freezing, wind and sand. The theoretical coating capacity of this product per liter is 6-8 square meters.
2: Use a clean, non-polluting wooden stick, or a mixing tool to slowly mix well and let sit for a few minutes before using.
3 : The surface of the coated material should not be too cold or too hot, and ensure that the surface is dry and dust-free.
4: Apply 2-3 coats. Repainting time, not less than 2 hours or more.
5 : If there is a large gap on the surface of the substrate, it can be filled with filler material before painted.
6: Do not use solvent-based pigments, dyes, or other oil-based colorants for toning.
7: This product is not allowed to be mixed with other unknown ingredients of paint.
8: Coating containers and stirring tools should not be mixed with any other coating products of unknown system
use.
9: This product should be kept sealed and stored in a dry, ventilated place away from light.
10: The shelf life of this product is not less than 18 months without opening the barrel, the factory date is shown in the certificate.
11: This product is non-flammable, explosive, storage and transportation according to the general commodity requirements.
12: In case of contact with eyes, please rinse immediately with clean water, do not rub eyes, such as contact with clothes
