Product Performance

Water-based furniture wood wax oil, with water as the main volatile, non-toxic environmental protection, non-flammable non-explosive, safe and stable storage and transportation, yellowing resistance, large brushing area, convenient construction and many other advantages. No volatile harmful gases, no carcinogens such as free TDI, no lead, mercury, chromium and other heavy metals, no benzene, no aldehyde, low VOC system. Coating adhesion is strong, and the compatibility with all kinds of water-based pigment pastes is good. Suitable for all kinds of high-grade wood furniture, bamboo furniture, composite furniture, artificial plate anticorrosion, waterproof, moisture-proof, mothproof, anti-crack, anti-deformation surface coating and beautification treatment. The coating has controllable luminosity and fullness, stable storage, high hardness, wear-resistant, flexible, heat resistant, water resistant, stain resistant, scratch resistant, can maintain the natural appearance of wood.                  

Product uses

Waterborne furniture wood wax oil series products, can be used for all kinds of wood structure surface coating use, wooden furniture, wooden doors and Windows, wooden wall panels, wooden ceiling, wooden background wall, wooden tables and chairs, wooden crafts, wood carving, wooden toys, bamboo furniture, rattan furniture, etc.

1:  Before applying waterborne wood wax oil, clean the surface of the substrate ， sand the surface of the wood with 240-320 mesh sandpaper to remove burrs, glue, graffiti, scratches and other stains. After sanding, apply clean abrasive chips to ensure that the surface is free of sand, dust, impurities, and oil.

2 : After opening the packaging bucket, you can add an appropriate amount of water, stir well at a slow speed, and let it stand for a few minutes before use.

3 : Whether it is spraying, brushing or rubbing, in the construction process, it should be ensured that the coating is smooth and consistent, and the surface is not hung, no leakage and no stasis.

4:  After each coating is finished, it must be dried for 2 hours, and the next construction shall be carried out according to the requirements of the coating fullness.

5 : For the sanding between the two coatings, 400-600 mesh sandpaper must be used for fine grinding. 6 The process of opening the hole, generally using 2 times the bottom coating,1 times the surface coating.

6 : The process of closed pipe holes should be combined with different plate densities, and the final surface coating should be done after different passes of the bottom coating.

7 : There are three kinds of gloss for the surface coating to choose from, bright, semi-matte and matte. Users can choose the gloss they want according to their needs.

8 : If you need to change the coating color, there are a variety of coloring processes to choose from. You can use our special coloring agent, or add coloring materials that can match our product system.

 Points for attention

1:  The best conditions for construction are: temperature 5-40 degrees Celsius, relative humidity 30-60%. The weather is fine, no rain, snow, freezing, wind and sand. The theoretical coating capacity of this product per liter is 6-8 square meters.

2 : Use a clean, non-polluting wooden stick, or a mixing tool to slowly mix well and let sit for a few minutes before using.

3 : Coat sides with wood wax oil, and after stirring, strain them using a 150-200 mesh fineness strainer before using.

4 : The coated surface should not be too cold or too hot. Wood moisture content is between 8-15%.

5:  If there is a large crack on the surface of the substrate, the crack can be closed and filled with filling materials before construction.

6:  Do not use solvent-based pigments, dyes, or other oil-based colorants.

7:  This product is not allowed to be mixed with other unknown ingredients of paint.

8:  Paint containers and stirring tools should not be mixed with solvent paint, oil-based wood wax oil, or any other paint products that have been in contact with an unknown system.

9:  This product should be kept sealed and stored in a dry, ventilated place away from light.

10 : The shelf life of this product is not less than 18 months without opening the barrel, the factory date is shown in the certificate.

11:  This product is non-flammable, explosive, storage and transportation according to the general commodity requirements.

12: In case of contact with eyes, please rinse immediately with clean water. Do not rub eyes. In case of contact with clothes or skin, please take off clothes and rinse skin with clean water.
