Wood anticorrosive water-based wood wax oil, with water as the main volatile, non-toxic environmental protection, non-flammable, non-explosive, safe and stable storage and transportation, yellowing resistance, large brushing area, convenient construction and many other advantages. No volatile harmful gases, no carcinogens such as free TDI, no lead, mercury, chromium and other heavy metals, no benzene, no aldehyde, low VOC system. Coating adhesion is strong, and the compatibility with all kinds of water-based pigment pastes is good. Can be used for protecting the wood, bamboo, artificial plate，anticorrosion wood etc.waterproof, moisture-proof, mothproof, anti-crack, anti-deformation,  and beautification treatment.

 Product uses

Wood antiseptic waterborne wood wax oil can be used for all kinds of wood structure surface coating, antiseptic wood, carbonized wood, sauna board, wood doors and Windows, wooden houses, wooden porch frames, wooden handrails, wooden flower boxes, wooden fences, wooden chairs, wooden ceilings, wooden walls, wooden tables and chairs, wooden pavilions, wooden signs, wooden grilles, bamboo ware, rattan, wood-based panels, wood carving, wood garden surface treatment projects.

 Methods of application

It can be sprayed, brushed, roller painted, dipped or rubbed with cloth.

1:  Substrate treatment  

Before applying waterborne wood wax oil, clean the surface of the substrate and polish it with 120-180 mesh sandpaper to remove burrs, glue marks, graffiti, scratches and other smudges. After sanding，need to clean coating of abrasive dust, ensure that the surface is free of sand, dust, impurities, oil.

2:   After opening the packaging bucket, you can add an appropriate amount of water, stir well at a slow speed, and let it sit for a few minutes before use.

3:  Whether it is spraying, brush coating, roll coating, in the construction process, it should be ensured that the coating is smooth and consistent, the surface is not hung, no leakage coating, no stasis.

4:   After the first coating is finished and dried for 2 hours, the next construction is carried out according to the requirements of the fullness of the coating.

5:  If you need to change the color of the coating, you can use our company's concentrated water-based colorants, or add pure water-soluble pigment paste before use.

 Precautions

1.   The best conditions for construction are: temperature 5-40 degrees Celsius and relative humidity 30-60%. The weather is fine, no rain, snow, freezing, wind and sand. The theoretical coating capacity of this product per liter is 6-8 square meters.

2.   Use a clean, non-polluting wooden stick, or a mixing tool to slowly mix well and let sit for a few minutes before using.

3.   The surface of the coated material should not be too cold or too hot. The moisture content of the wood is between 8-20%.

4.   Apply 2-3 coats. Repainting time, not less than 2 hours or more.

5.   If there are large cracks on the surface of the substrate, the cracks can be closed and filled with filling materials before construction.

6.   Do not use solvent-based pigments, dyes, or other oil-based colorants.

7.   This product is not allowed to be mixed with other unknown ingredients of paint.

8.    Paint containers and stirring tools should not be mixed with solvent paint, oil-based wood wax oil, or any other paint products that have been in contact with an unknown system.

9. This product should be kept sealed and stored in a dry, ventilated place away from light.

10.  The shelf life of this product is not less than 18 months without opening the barrel, the factory date is shown in the certificate.

11.  This product is non-flammable, explosive, storage and transportation according to the general commodity requirements.

12. In case of contact with eyes, please rinse immediately with clean water. Do not rub eyes. In case of contact with clothes or skin, please take off clothes and rinse skin with clean water.
